Oh my god! Can situations be as messy as in the life of Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford? I was stunned by all what she revealed about her and Daniel Giersch (her husband) relationship. Kelly said that she was scared to leave her husband because he is very litigious. The worst part is yet to come; the actress was three months pregnant with her second baby by Daniel Giersch when she strong-willed to leave the German entrepreneur after a string of professional problems put a tension in their marriage.
New mum Kelly Rutherford is now in the middle of a messy split-up and guardianship battle with her alienated husband. She told Life & Style magazine, "I found out I was pregnant, and I thought, 'Oh, maybe things will be nice, maybe it will be calm, but it wasn’t. Things only got more intense.”
”Giersch was very litigious. He says he’s an entrepreneur, but I think he just sues people. It was very angry behavior. I was kind of scared to leave."

Kelly gave birth to baby daughter Helena Grace last month, started scheming with a close friend and the pair designed her escape. Now she is very happy to be a single mother to her two kids: In this concern, Kelly said, "A lot of great men, presidents even, were raised only by their mothers under those conditions. The most important thing is that the children have love and stability in their lives, whether that comes from a mother or a father."
God knows what the reality is and what actually happened? No doubt the kids need the love of both their parents and they have nothing to do with all this tug of war but the situation doesn’t seem to get better. What I think is that something extremely messy must have happened between them and that is the reason which compelled her to get separated from her husband. That is why I just wish she could live happily with her daughters after all this.
